The rooms

"Holiday Houses La Colllinetta" is composed of two apartments and is situated in a panoramic position overlooking Castellammare del Golfo and quarries Custonaci.

The first apartment has a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, single bedroom and a bathroom for a total of 5 or 6 beds.

The second is composed of kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, one double and one with two beds and a bathroom for a total of 4 or 5 beds.

In both the apartments there is the poissibilità to add more beds.

The apartments have been recently restored maintaining unchanged the type of house of Trapani, and were equipped with ceiling fan and heating.

Outside, a porch that allows our guests to spend pleasant evenings enjoying the wonderful view over Castellammare del Golfo and the delights busetane place thanks to barbecue in the garden.

Rates

The daily rate varies from a minimum of € 18 to a max of € 35 per night per person. To request a quote for your stay please contact us.

Children aged 0 to 6 years free.
Pets we are welcome.
To all visitors who live more than five days, will offer a free tipical dinner.

Rates include:

Expenditure on consumption (water, electricity, gas)
The use of the apartment (furniture, kitchenware, refrigerator, freezer, hair dryer, washing machine.
Clean and order of the transfer of the property (before the keys)
Bed linen and towels for all guests
For stays longer than 7 days will be a change of all linen on a weekly basis, unless otherwise agreed with the direction.
